The DRG Motor 3 kW 1500 rpm Next Generation Electric Motor is a high-performance, long-lasting, and energy-efficient drive solution optimized for medium-scale industrial applications. This power class is widely used in fan systems, pumps, light conveyor systems, agricultural machinery, compressors, processing lines, and packaging equipment. Structural Design and Durability

The motor housing is made of GG20/GG25 cast iron, providing high resistance to impact, vibration, and harsh industrial environments. Integrated cooling fins maintain optimal motor temperature and thermal stability during long-term operation.

The windings are 100% electrolytic copper, vacuum-impregnated for excellent insulation against heat, moisture, and vibration. The rotor is constructed from special alloy bars, providing high torque transfer and low vibration. The rotor is balanced according to G 2.5 standards.

SKF and C&U high-quality bearings are used to ensure long-term durability, high-temperature resistance, low friction, and quiet operation. Double-lip seals protect the motor from dust, moisture, and particles. The electrostatic powder coating adds additional chemical and environmental protection.
