Structural Design and Durability

The motor features a GG20/GG25 cast-iron frame with optimized cooling fins to provide resistance against impacts, vibration, and harsh environmental conditions. The design ensures stable motor temperature during continuous operation, maintaining efficiency and performance.

Windings are made of 100% electrolytic copper and vacuum-impregnated for long-lasting insulation against heat, moisture, and vibration. The rotor consists of special alloy bars, balanced according to G 2.5 standard for optimal torque transmission, minimal loss, and reduced vibration.

SKF and C&U bearings lubricated with high-temperature grease ensure long-term reliable operation. Double-lip seals protect against dust, water, and particle ingress. Electrostatic powder coating provides chemical and environmental resistance. The IP55 protection rating allows safe operation in harsh conditions.
