The Drg Motor 200 kW 1000 RPM New Generation Electric Motor is a high-performance, reliable power unit designed for heavy industrial applications. It delivers stable energy for conveyors, pumps, fans, mixers, and gear-driven systems. With a nominal speed of 1000 RPM and superior starting torque, it provides optimal performance under heavy workloads and demanding conditions.

Structural and Material Features

The motor body is cast iron (GG20) and features vibration damping for shock resistance. Specially designed fan channels and internal body pathways maintain low temperatures during continuous operation.

Windings are 100% pure electrolytic copper, vacuum impregnated. The cage-type rotor ensures high torque transfer and low vibration. Bearings are SKF / C&U, greased for high temperature and long life. The motor meets IE3 and IE4 energy efficiency standards.

The IP55 rating protects the motor against dust and water. Dual-lip bearing seals and reinforced fan housing extend longevity. Powder-coated body resists chemical and mechanical impacts.

Performance and Efficiency

The 200 kW motor delivers high starting torque for heavy loads, ideal for crushers, bunkers, pumps, and gear-driven conveyors. Low current draw improves energy efficiency, compliant with IE3 / IE4 standards.
