The Drg Motor 1.1 kW 3000 RPM Next-Generation Electric Motors deliver high-speed performance and long-lasting reliability for small to medium-scale industrial applications. Their compact design provides strong drive power even in limited spaces, making them ideal for fan systems, water pumps, small conveyor lines, packaging machinery, and light industrial equipment.
With a 3000 RPM high-speed configuration, this motor produces high torque despite its low power rating, ensuring stable performance even under sudden load changes. Manufactured according to S1 continuous duty standards, the motor operates reliably during extended periods without performance loss. Designed in IE3, IE4, and IE5 energy efficiency classes, it minimizes energy consumption and provides long-term cost advantages for industrial operations.
Structural Design and Durability Features
The motor’s body is made from GG20/GG25 cast iron, providing excellent resistance against impact, vibration, and harsh operating conditions. Advanced cooling fins balance temperature during long-term high-speed operation.
Windings are 100% pure electrolytic copper and vacuum impregnated for superior insulation against heat, moisture, and vibration. The rotor cage is made from special alloy bars to ensure efficient torque transfer with minimal losses. SKF / C&U bearings are lubricated with high-temperature grease for extended service life, and double-lip seals protect against dust, moisture, and contaminants. The IP55 protection rating allows operation in demanding industrial environments.
Performance, Torque, and Efficiency
The 3000 RPM motor delivers stable torque at high speeds while maintaining low vibration and quiet operation. The rotor is balanced according to G 2.5 standards, with vibration levels ≤1.8 mm/s (ISO 10816). Maximum winding temperature is 110°C, and maximum bearing temperature is 80°C. Optional PTC/PT100 sensors can be integrated for precise temperature monitoring.
Testing and Quality Assurance
Each unit undergoes rigorous testing, including load performance tests, insulation resistance tests, rotor balancing, vibration and noise analysis, continuous duty (S1) operation, IP55 resistance tests, and efficiency measurements.
